External balconies positioned on two faces of the building complete with circular support posts from ground floor to underside of concrete nib at 6th floor level. The construction of the balconies include a curved structural channel forming the front face of the steel decks. To fully close in the bracing and inner steel members of each balcony, steel soffit plates were provided and a hardwood timber deck was used on the balconies upper surface. Balustrade on the balconies comprised of a mild steel CHS handrail and flat newel posts with clear toughened glass infil panels. As each of the balconies served two apartments, a glazed privacy screen was installed at each of the floor levels, the glass panels were etched white. All metalwork received an off-site paint system.
