18mtrs of balustrade sitting atop this steel circulation bridge set adjacent the helical stair previously described in the gallery. The balustrade comprises mild steel flat balusters and horizontal midrails, all fabricated in panel form which, were bolted either side of stub brackets, the brackets were in turn welded to the bridge structure. The timber handrail was fixed to a stainless steel core rail supported off a similar stub bracket captivated betwen the balustrade panels. All mild steel items received initial off-site paint treatment with final coat being applied on site.
