Seen in the foreground, one of a number of short flight access stairs rising from the external loading areas into the warehouse. The stairs are of basic galvanised construction. Heavy duty wheel guides have been installed to provide protection and to assist vehicles when reversing. This picture also takes in a number of escape spirals, located about the building providing access and means of escape. Again, these were of robust galvanised mild steel construction to service the busy environment of the warehouse.
