Viewed from the surrounding atrium,
this elegantly designed spiral staircase was constructed as a
fully welded single unit incorporating twin outer stringers to
hold toughened glass balustrade panels with a timber handrail.
The theme of the balustrade was also used to the surrounding
bridges and void areas within the atrium. Steel flat plates on
the spiral were used to support stone treads.
