Four external feature staircases provided a stunning visual impression for this office development near Heathrow Airport completed in the late 1990s. Hubbard also supplied internal staircases, bridges and balustrades and external canopies, balustrades and vehicle barrier rails.
This picture showing two of four external feature staircases clearly demonstrates the strong visual impact achieved for the building. The toughened glass towers designed with slim tubular structures ensure that the stairs remain highly visible thus creating a significant architectural feature.
Balustrades were installed extensively around the building and can be seen both at ground and roof level, whilst in the foreground the robust tubular barrier rail with integral balustrade system is visible in the car park.
